Terms & Conditions – Nihon Wanderlust Tours LLC

Welcome to Nihon Wanderlust Tours LLC. Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour.

1. Booking & Payment

  • You can book your private tour online via PayPal, wire transfer, or Book Now, Pay Later.
  • Cash payments are also accepted.
  • With the Book Now, Pay Later option, you can confirm your tour in advance and pay on the day of your tour.
  • All bookings are confirmed only after a successful reservation.

2. Pickup & Tour Participation

  • Customers will be picked up from their hotel in Tokyo 23 wards (or the designated pickup area for other locations).
  • Please be ready in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Travelers are responsible for arriving on time to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Responsibilities of Travelers

  • Customers must carry valid identification (passport or ID) during the tour.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, health, and safety.
  • Any special requests, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements should be communicated in advance.

5. Liabilities & Safety

  • Nihon Wanderlust Tours LLC acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Travelers participate in tours at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver or guide.

6. General Tour Company Policies

  • Itineraries are flexible and customizable. Minor adjustments may be made due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
  • Entrance fees to listed attractions may be included in the package; optional activities may require additional fees.
  • We encourage travelers to have travel insurance for health, accidents, or unforeseen events.
  • All images, content, and logos on our website are property of Nihon Wanderlust Tours LLC and cannot be used without permission.
